Healz.ai is a self-directed web platform that enables users to anonymize documents, ask health-related questions to AI, and optionally request non-clinical, educational commentary on AI outputs from licensed medical professionals. Users retain full control and responsibility for how they use the platform.

Healz.ai does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or prescription services, and is not a healthcare provider. The platform is not intended for clinical decision-making or patient care.

• Healz.ai is not a medical service, and no doctor-patient relationship is created by using it.
• All outputs — including AI responses and academic commentary — are general, educational, and non-clinical.
• You must not use the platform as a substitute for in-person medical advice or care from a licensed provider.

The Healz.ai platform is not intended for time-sensitive, high-risk, or critical care scenarios. You agree not to use the platform in any situation where delay, inaccuracy, or generalization could result in harm.

This includes, but is not limited to:

• Medical emergencies, trauma, or life-threatening symptoms
• Mental health crises, psychiatric conditions, suicidal ideation, or intent to harm
• Acute pregnancy complications, labor, or fetal distress
• Serious pediatric or geriatric health issues
• Medication guidance, dosage questions, or drug interactions
• Interpretation of newly emerging symptoms with unknown cause
• Any condition requiring specialist evaluation
• Any other situation where clinical judgement is required or outcomes are potentially serious

If you are experiencing any of the above, you must contact emergency services or a licensed healthcare provider immediately.

You are fully and solely responsible for the content you upload to the platform. This includes:

• Health-related information
• Personally identifiable information (PII)
• Third-party or dependent data
• Clinical documents, lab results, or diagnostic files

Healz.ai provides an optional redaction tool to help anonymize content before upload. However:

• You may use any redaction method of your choice
• You assume all responsibility for removing identifying or sensitive data
• Healz.ai does not guarantee tool availability or accuracy
• We do not verify, alter, or review your uploaded content

By uploading content, you confirm and agree that:

• You have the full legal right and, where applicable, third-party consent to submit the content
• You accept all legal and ethical responsibility for the uploaded data
• You understand the data may be processed by AI systems and optionally reviewed by licensed professionals only at your request
• You waive any claims under data protection, confidentiality, or privacy laws (including UK GDPR) to the extent permitted by law, in relation to voluntarily submitted content

To operate the platform, Healz.ai may transmit or temporarily store uploaded data with trusted subprocessors, solely for technical functions such as:

• Cloud hosting and infrastructure
• AI model inference and computation
• Load balancing and caching
• Platform security and fraud prevention

Subprocessors are contractually obligated to support the secure and lawful operation of the platform. Specific obligations may vary based on the service provided, and Healz.ai does not warrant full compliance by all subprocessors with any particular standard. However, Healz.ai takes reasonable measures to assess vendor suitability and expects subprocessors to maintain commercially appropriate data protection safeguards.

Healz.ai does not use uploaded content for model training, analytics, or commercial reuse unless you explicitly opt in.

Healz.ai enables you to request academic commentary on an AI-generated response from a licensed medical professional, acting in a non-clinical, editorial capacity.

• Commentary is general and educational — not medical advice or treatment
• No doctor-patient relationship is formed or implied
• Their comments may include errors, omissions, or incorrect conclusions
• Commentary is based solely on the content you uploaded and the AI’s output

We make no guarantees about accuracy, completeness, or clinical validity of any Academic Commentary. It is offered as an optional mechanism to compare an AI response to a medically trained opinion — not as a substitute for qualified healthcare.

AI Disclaimer: Healz.ai uses large language models that may produce inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading information. AI is frequently incorrect and prone to hallucination. You are solely responsible for verifying all output with a licensed healthcare provider. Healz.ai bears no responsibility for decisions made based on AI output or academic commentary. Do not rely or take action without seeking the advice of your physician or qualified health provider.

Certain features of the platform — including Academic Review by licensed professionals — are offered on a paid basis. By purchasing or accessing any paid feature, you agree to:

• The pricing and payment terms displayed at the time of transaction
• One-time and/or recurring charges as applicable
• No entitlement to refunds unless explicitly stated
• No guarantee of turnaround time or result quality

Healz.ai reserves the right to modify pricing, discontinue paid features, or limit access based on operational needs.

• You must be at least 18 years old to use the platform.
• If you submit content on behalf of a minor or third party, you confirm you have full legal authority and accept responsibility.

We do not guarantee that the platform complies with healthcare, data, or telemedicine laws outside the United Kingdom.

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the platform is lawful in your jurisdiction.

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for real-time care, diagnosis, or prescriptions
• Upload illegal, defamatory, or abusive content
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or misuse the platform
• Exploit AI outputs for commercial or deceptive purposes

Violation of these terms may result in immediate account termination.

• Healz.ai, its models, interface, code, and design are the property of MAIA AI LTD or its licensors.
• You retain ownership of uploaded content but grant Healz.ai a limited, non-exclusive license to process it solely for platform operation.

• The platform is provided “as is” without warranties
• We do not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of AI or commentary outputs
• Our total liability to you shall not exceed £1 GBP or $1 USD, whichever is lower

You explicitly agree that:

• Healz.ai does not offer healthcare services
• No clinical duty of care exists
• MAIA AI LTD and its contractors cannot be held liable for medical malpractice, delayed care, or misuse of information

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MAIA AI LTD, its staff, contractors, and affiliates from any claims, losses, or liabilities arising from:

• Your use of the platform
• Your uploaded content
• Your violation of these Terms or applicable law

• We do not guarantee uptime or uninterrupted access.
• We are not liable for downtime, data loss, or output failures.

We may update these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted with a new effective date. Continued use of the platform confirms your acceptance.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Disputes will be resolved in the courts of London, UK, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
